Phillip,

A slowing of the PC industry? Thats about the silliest thing I've heard in a while. I guess if I was shorting a stock, I'd be talking it down as well.

The UPS is business is really powered by (pardon the pun) critical applications / machines. ie.. servers, application servers, remote access servers, routers, gateways, hubs...

I haven't worked in the UPS business in a number of years now but I still don't think the industry has really penetrated the stand alone PC part of the pie.

The big bucks are in the big applications and high-end machines.

When third world countries start pulling out their electrical wiring and replacing their phones with tin cans and string, I'll start shorting PC stocks.

We have more to fear from a major market correction than we do from a slow down in international business.

Just my 2c.

Douglas
