South Africa did the same thing for decades under apartheid. The obvious model for dealing with Cuba is what we have done in China, to everyone's benefit except the fantasy crowd who still believe in the counterrevolution that will bring down the Castros in a grand bloody victory one day.

I think giving them 50 years to try is long enough.
