Climate bill could trigger lawsuit landslide
Allows action from those 'expected to suffer'

Since poor people are the first to suffer from this 'Climate bill' (and most likely any other GW bill) does that mean that they can sue the government too? IMO the poor could make at least as good a case as an asthma sufferer....
