Nobody cares about bugs and teeth unless you are an entymologist... or if you are trying to cover for your earlier mistake without admitting it. They know mosquitos have a well developed mandible and tooth system, or if you are a biker but that's a different deal. You are so dang confused. Mosquitoes don't have "a mandible and tooth system". They have a proboscis which they use to stab the skin and then suck the blood of a mammal. A "mandible and tooth system" is what ants have......to carry food long distances and construct their nests.
