"The discussion was about a wealth tax." Yes. "During times of expansion, wealth expands." Yes. "How is a wealth tax going to encourage savings during those times?" The wealth tax gets scaled back. I know, I know, the idea that things can change based on conditions is sort of a foreign one. After all, tax cuts are supposed to always be a plus.. "I can always tell when you feel like running from an argument. You throw up the usual distractions ..." No distractions. Because you did it again.
