Like I have said, you clearly don't understand what you are reading. You either missed, or didn't understand the phrase "in culicine larvae" or "larval culicines" which was used in conjunction with the the references to mandibles and teeth. Now, it is likely you don't understand the significance of that. Certainly you show no signs of understanding. Quite the opposite, in fact.
