Dan, please ask the following questions for me: 1) How are they planning to grow the company? Do they have a concrete expansion plan to hire additional employees, etc.? How will they fund the expansion? 2) What are their projections (conservative) for fiscal 1997 in terms of revenues and earnings? 3) Are they stepping up efforts (as you alluded to) to seek a NASDAQ listing? If so, will they delist from the Canadian OTC? I guess you probably have similar questions (and some other relevant questions) in mind too.
