WHY DO YOU AVOID MY QUESTIONS??

I am exactly who I say I am....but what does that matter. Why do you avoid my questions re: the dividend rate on the preferred stock??

Here's the scoop from the EDGER filing on the series M/N stocks:

"...Are convertible into 29,750,000 shares of Common Stock of the
Company. The Series M and Series N Preferred Stock, established
pursuant to the exchange, carry a cumulative dividend of 2.7% per month of
the stated value of the preferred stock which the Company is required to
pay!

Does Anyone Know what the Stated Value of the Preferred Stock is??
