well Bobby, Terry, et al. Looks like the long wait is over and another chapter begins. Noboby seems to be up yet, but this agreement lays a number of things to rest (hopefully but not likely for some). There wont be any positive price effect, I suspect, given the 6.50C price that PDG is paying for BGO shares. Anyway, I'm in for the long haul ($2US with purchase price recovered at $9). Patience is a virtue!. Thanks to all for your contributions to this thread. HGV
