Uh, I didn't say that, someone else here did (as I pointed out) and I was correcting their fact base to point out that most Europeans don't even need a tourist visa to come to the US now. The program started in western Europe and is now expanding eastward. Since visas are not required and Europeans are not coming here to stay illegally in droves, it undermines the other poster's original contention.
