It's not because he doesn't know. It's because he wants to draw out key differences between the Boston Tea Party and the tax revolts of today.

I'm glad guys like SilentZ are going to go out and take photos of these protests. Maybe he'll see that the people affected by intrusive government aren't lunatics, but rather reasonable people who dare to think that productivity should be rewarded, not controlled.
