Dale -

It's been a couple of years, but the Polish and Turkish people I spoke to told me a different story. They are not allowed Visa's to the U.S. And cannot just jump on a plane and come as a tourist. There is a lengthy process involved, where the numbers are severely restricted.

It may have changed, but I doubt it.

Although I've never had conversations with anyone from Croatia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Romania and the Ukraine regarding this subject, I doubt they can hop on a plane and visit the U.S.

There are different State Department Rules for each country.
