I sold some calls on MAC, am already short KIM. I'm looking more to specific retail-oriented REIT's (however some of them are hard to borrow, which is why I shorted MAC calls instead of the shares).

MAC's specialty is big malls. They have several here in the land of foreclosures, and they're all hurting.
