Possible... but with that said, think about it. I have no problem making myself sound and even look stupid when coming up with a question worth thinking of. Before you could ever dream of making the South becoming a paese like the rest of Italy, you must outroot the Mafia. Now, how do you plan on doing that? Fine, blame Berlusconi for not even trying.
