Exactly! "Tax-n-spend" isn't good, but it's head and shoulders above "borrow-n-spend".

You could say Bush put us in a terrible economic position for the current economic collapse, when we NEED to "borrow-n-spend" to cover for the lack of private economic activity. Bush had no concern beyond his last day in office. A TERRIBLE president.

One result of Bush will be an elevating of Clinton, who was fiscally the best president in my lifetime.
