My next door neighbour is a RE appraiser.. He tells me a huge amount of non-performing loans are the results of scams.. and we are supposedly better regulated than you guys.. Loan loss provisions are like a giant rug that the banks can sweep all kinds of crap under.. Methinks 'if we only knew' the details LOL..

but yeah I have no illusions about China.. but I have none about Canada and the US either ;O)
