Hello David & Shalom..
Shalom, you were close. In England, where the Reeves originated, a reeve is a gamekeeper. I hadn't heard about the fish. It's interesting, I'll check it out. I still don't know whether I'm addressing a man or a woman. ( I clicked on your name thinking you might want to open the door. But, it's your priviledge to remain anonymous.)
You refer to me as being "lost" and that I should be "saved"? Saved from what? I can only recall being lost once when I was four or five years old. You also refer to a lot of sin and sinners. I'm afraid I think classifying people that way is rather backward. I guess you have to believe that you are one to be one. Frankly, why would anyone want to go around hanging guilt on everyone else? It seems to me to be rather unproductive. It is better to focus on the goal, as the Japanese do, rather that blaming people for what went wrong.
David, It is interesting that you and I had similar experiences in our youth. I followed that which was created by the force of nature (God?). Where you followed information given to you by men (who gave you a bible, printed it and wrote it.), I studied natural history and realized that I fit into a greater whole all of which is fascinating. I think the American Indians have a similar outlook on life. The more I look into it, the more fascinating it becomes. The nice thing about it is that it leaves you open to find more things. Whereas, it appears to me that once you accept a religion, your pretty well stuck with it. Look at monks and priests. I suppose they find something it ritual, but it looks to me like that's all they do. Now, I must ask you. What if you were raised in China?
I find your zaps interesting. Keep smiling.
