Roger-I did not listen to the conference call this morning, but read the earnings release. Looked good, but did not determine the extent that the legal settlement affected the bottom line. I have noticed that many of my long holdings have been relatively unaffected by the recent downturn. I believe that people are still looking for value and doing more "picking" rather than just buying the names. I do think this could work in BROC's favor, though the reduction in revenues may make some investors pause.

I have been too busy to do much trading and have closed most of my short positions. I have noticed MSFT has been holding firm. I have a feeling that it may take a good hit today- liquidity concerns will begin to weigh on some fund managers as they think about asset value declines and reallocation.

I am still short AVNT and ZITL fwiw.

Best Wishes,

Timoteo
