TJ, you have tenses confused. <w/r to your mentioned eugenics, will it be based on sat test scores or population count as a measure of success?> The eugenics process is not a matter of will be, it is a matter of is. To save you the effort of clicking all the way back upstream, for ease of reference: <Women do the eugenics job and while they measure intelligence, it's in a more sophisticated way than simplistic SAT scores>

That looks as though it says that SAT score is not the primary or even a significant unit of measure. Success is a matter of ipso facto and as explained, is a matter of who is alive in 100, 1000, million years and as with irrational exuberance, we find out AFTER the event whether it was or wasn't good eugenics that the women were doing.

I'm not sure that you have always answered my questions with close attention, or even any attention.

PS: Out of curiosity, I asked Google and there are many links. One is: books.google.co.nz
