Zimbabwe ben said yesterday in an interview that he'll have to raise rates in order to control inflation... he said the trick is to raise it at the right time so inflation is controlled and the economy isn't choke off... he looked like a kid with the right words, but no real clue how to translate that into real world action... who can believe him?
