John, I may have just come up with the best yet reason to buy gold/gold miners. Bloomberg TV this morning stated: Population of India would pass that of China in 50 years. We here have a chance to build a legacy of wealth which could last through generations! In India ownership of gold is almost religously based! If we will look foward toward the end of our lives and those of our children,and forgo the short term thinking of wall street. We could well leave a legacy of wealth which could place our families with those of the worlds richest in only perhaps 10-20 years! Indians will buy gold! The game is to buy the best companies in world when they are cheap. Friday may well have been close to bottom. It is better to buy for the future than today! richard
