If CYIOS were entering 2009 with nothing but 2008's business contracts there would be no reason to buy this stock. But the whole reason for the interest in Cyios now is the DHS, FBI and any new business generated in 2009. Where the numbers eventually end up will be much different than 2008. What they will be? No one knows exactly. If Cyios makes .04 , .05 or more it's worth much more than .10/shr or more. Can CYIOS make .15 per the guidance? Maybe ...but .10 would be great for this stock.
