Hey Bfree, I'm glad YOU KNOW Brinker's motivations, feelings, thinkings, scheming, deep psychological traits...whatever - I possess none of that omniscience, for sure! I never met the guy and never will.

It sounds like you despise Brinker thoroughly. So why not move on like I did? Cancel your Marketimer subscription and get a prorated refund. Stop listening to his program and stop coming to the Brinker internet threads so as to avoid being reminded of your hate for him.

Instead, find another advisor you have confidence in. And most of all for your own health, let go of all that Brinker hate you clearly carry around with you. Life is too short to waste time on such an unimportant person - move on, man.

As for UTEK, I made a profit on that trade - why should you care what I did or whether or not I made a profit? The Brinker relationship with UTEK's 401K is really old news - it either bothered you or it didn't. If you acted on the UTEK recommendation and lost money, did Brinker force you to buy and sell at a loss? Why didn't you choose to sell when you had a profit or buy when the price was low? You have free will - you could choose not follow Brinker's recommendations or to follow them in time frames different than he recommends. Do you not have the power to act based upon your own judgement and take responsibility for your decisions whether they be based upon some advisor or your own research?
