Dave,

There will be some reduction in capital spending in Asia, because these devaluations cause contractionary pressures in the local economy, which tends to reduce local aggregate demand for the PCs and cell phones which the chips are used to make. The extent of the reduction is unknown and may depend on certain political decisions.
