Finallythere,
Actually, if you will examine the original Strictly Drilling you can find posts where the unwelcoming subject of this thread was mocking me for being bullish on gold and I rebutted. His timing was real bad then as his comments were just before the Washington Agreement 1999. As I remember I rebutted back to him pretty hard a bit later as I did pretty well at the time in gold having been lucky enough to play that Washington Agreement in late September as I was watching the tape and expecting something to happen and it did. At the time it came off we didn't know it was the W.A. and I remember how interesting it was that there was no (public) news for the first day or two (which seemed like forever).
I had heard all the big moves were like that and there it was, just like I heard.

Anyway, so the 'unwelcoming' is not a permabull on gold no matter how it appears now or what posted lately. As for myself, I admit to being bullish on gold since 1998 and I still am, nothing to be ashamed of there, but I am also looking for the blowoff top sometime because nothing lasts forever.

Best of luck,
Roebear
