Better not to offer the service at all. Wonder what changed the thinking on this as the trend until now seems to have been movement away from the residential market.

Bill S. - I agree on your take for CSNET. Sounds like you looked at their web page. The press release doesn't say how much it cost but it couldn't have been much. CSNet does have a small footprint now, but hooking up with a national organization like WinStar could get them bigger much faster. This does seem to be a relatively small piece of the puzzle, at this time at least.
