It's the speed cameras. where it's 45, then you go down hill and around the bend and it's now 25.

Or on the DC beltway where they have little signs on the right shoulder (you know those electronic ones that they can change). So the speed limit is 60, you are going 65. you are in the 2/3/4 lane next to a truck or 3 in the right lanes. You go by one of those signs, your view is blocked by the trucks. the sign says 35, you are over 25 miles over the speed limit, automatic 2,500.00 fine and 6 points.

VA. says they have them to control traffic flow, some kid behind a computer some where keeps changing the speed limit to control the flow. yeah right
