My BIL got a ticket in the mail for running a red light. It included a fuzzy picture of the rear of his car showing the license number and you couldn't tell who might be driving. He decided to protest it. When he received the nice clear picture of his face by mail he decided to pay the fine.

He ran the light. He learned that in Scottsdale you don't run red lights because they don't even have to pay an officer to collect their fines.
