Hi Ross, there is no doubt in my mind ADSL will be implemented and the market will be huge. When the more establised companies move into this space (and we know they intend to), it would be tough for a small company to get a large market share. We can hope that some of the small players like Amati can get lucky and be bought out, then we get back to the old discussion of how much would anyone pay.

If you are tinking of ADI as an ADSL play, don't bother. ADI is too big of a company and ADSL wouldn't make a noticeable contribution to the bottom line. It's like MOT, you can't play MOT as ADSL. You may buy either company if you think their overall business is growing, but definitely not as ADSL plays.
