Do you just make this stuff up, Kenneth? There are 7 justices on the Minnesota Supreme Court. 3 of them are Palwenty appointees. They are: Eric John Magnuson G. Barry Anderson Christopher Dietzen The rest of the justices have been there for some time. So this statement is WRONG: Most of the judges on their state supreme court were appointed by Republican Governors. Also, you are making it sound like these are lifetime appointments made by the Governor. Alas, you are stretching the truth, again. For your reading pleasure: The state court system was rearranged in 1858 when Minnesota became a state, and justices are now elected to six-year terms unless a mid-term vacancy occurs, in which case the governor appoints a replacement to finish the term.
