People are the problem not government. People reelect their own congressmen/women 95/7% of the time. There is NO way to run a democracy properly if the people on the one hand complain about their congress and then keep voting them in? Can you see how crazy that is. No system can help people who are that foolish. The people refuse to change their ways. They want competent government, but they will not vote out the people who they blame for their problems and vote in people who can/will help them. That is just plain nuts if you think about it-lol!
