Sure, and with hard working British, Spaniards and Greeks, right?

See that's just it.....the wingers in this country don't think any of you work hard. They hear month long vacations and automatically, you all become the laziest people on the planet. Never mind that most wingers have never set foot in Europe. Wingers also think people of color don't work as hard as whites but that's a whole different story.....sort of.

Is it true about Europeans? Who knows? Its anecdotal evidence. There is very little fact behind the notion. And its the same with your thesis about Italians.....that they don't work as hard as Swedes. Now when I've traveled in Europe, I found Europeans whether from the North or the South to be pretty similar......they like to party and go on holiday.....as much as possible. But then there is the Nordic position on the South........Italians are noted for their love of la dolce vita and their emotionality and the political instability of their gov'ts. That somehow translates into that they are lazier than Nordic types. It may be true but I have never seen a study confirming that belief.....actually let's call it what it is...a bias. Have you?

And then there are wingers who believe the US is the very model of efficiency...............
