It also justifies discouraging ungifted people to bear more children and make use of more contraceptives – sounds very wrong socially and politically but those are facts substantiated by recent research. So some one that was born very smart should share his wealth with the poor - and on the other hand some one that is a charlatan or a swindler or a thief should be banned form positions of power for life as his temptation to breach the law is a inherited strait and should not be in a position that he can exercise it. Therefore all WS and Senior Banker of 2003 trough 2009 (etc.) must be fired punished and their compensation for all those years revoked
