Ha.. but the loonie riding high was a silly as oil @ 150... just like the oil stocks said it was..

I got really tired of of hearing the loonie to the moon ... that was a lot of junk by guys like Sinclair with his Loonie to 2x USD.. I want some of what he's smokin'..

Too many things STILL say the loonie cannot be that high above the USD for more than a blink like the 1.10 sojourn.. and this of course has all gotten worse ... now we's gonna have an 80+ billion deficit in the Great White North.. When we can ship our own western oil to our eastern provinces (we can't, no pipelines DUH!) ... when we can export O&G and better .. refined products easily east or west instead of south.. When our Federal budget is REALLY balanced (not for many years again now it looks like) and don't just download all the costs down the food chain... Then the loonie can be largely divorced from the USD..

I nattered on a lot about that before I got tired of hearing it myself with posts like this.. :O) Of course we got par for a while.. but everything overshoots.. :O)
