Sam---Aaah! San Fran and Mt. View.....love that area of the country. My wife, daughter and I lived in the North Bay for 5 years..........if I could win the lottery, I would move back in a minute. As with you, have attended a few annual meeting down in the Google hood! Here is a nice article today about (TRN)..don't know anything about the author, but the points he makes is what I think makes TRN a nice play at these entry levels. seekingalpha.com As for train shipment levels, I prefer using the Baltic Index and the movement in (DRYS). I think one gets a better picture by looking at shipments coming into the country.....and if you look at the activity in recent days, (DRYS) has had a nice move. Great weather in Texas today....after two day of flooding rains. Good to see you think the same about (KG). Cary
