Tony,

I had read some of the Australian news releases earlier. A lot of it
appears to be carefully worded so as not to be wrong but
definitely misleading (.i.e. They "proposed" or they "approved the
plan".) Anyway you look at it, the careful wording and timing of the news
release, and the interpretation by the overall media really stinks.
