Someone really ought to buy them out. Its fairly obvious there will never be a generic to Surfaxin so no patent expiration to worry about, a permanent revenue tail and plenty of time to build it up. dsco independent will probably just dilute away any shareholder value. Of course the dsco ceo probably sees things differently.
