First target for decline is 750 area. Wave structure should give hints of whether we decline to new bear market lows in wave (5) or rally in alternate count. I feel confident we will drop to new lows. I went very short on Friday and of course that is paying off so far. I don't think I have ever seen so much negative as there was on Friday. The count, neg. divergence, the pattern, extreme overbought, resistance et all were very negative. It was screaming that we were going down. It kept its promise.
