Obama's own projections include an economic recovery that results in an annual growth of 4% GDP.

If you think those projections are overly pessimistic, just say so.


They could be pessimistic or way too optimistic. I think it's way too soon to guess what the economy is going to do. And depending what happens to the economy, we'll have to adjust policy accordingly.

We're doing the right thing for a severe contraction (though arguably not enough). We can guess at what will come next but we don't know. The rational thing to do is to adjust policy as the future unfolds.

Except i've never said any such thing. It would be a lot more interesting for me if you'd stop making up my positions and then pretending we're having some sort of conversation.
