East Antarctica is adding; West Antarctica is melting.

The area being added in the East is GREATER than that being lost in the West..

THAT is what's relevant. And it's disingenuous when these GW scientists try to suggest that the melting/calving in the West is an indication of global warming. If anything it's an indication of potential warming in that specific area, possibly due to shifting currents or other influences.

This is why GW scientists CANNOT be trusted. They are pandering for gov't research dollars and not interested in presenting the "whole picture".

That's also why you see very little about diminished phytoplankton being tied to increased CO2 levels.
