And he should sue Delta for serious mental distress, if not interference with a vital bodily function.. ;0) Hell, why not?? If I were "browncapping", I'd probably be doing everything possible to make my way to that bathroom and it would have been more than just twisting her arm..

The flight attendant has the obligation to make sure there is a clear path to all restroom facilities. And there's no reason a flight attendant couldn't have escorted him to the business class bathroom (to keep an eye on him.. ;0)
