If he is predicting worldwide production drop due to decreasing demand, and a halt to the transition to 0.25 micron then there would be concern. But evidently he has a short on (from 35, I suppose) simply based on the speculation following the Needham conference. If any aspect of it was true or consequential it would have shown in the earnings. Calling a laser a "bulb" is probably his way of lowering the discussion - I doubt he would be that stupid as to have no idea of what a laser entails. As to JMAR - looking up, is earnings report coming soon? Greg
