actually not, by all accounts, as the so called taxes is on everything, sold or not, and need i believe two psych report to certify that you are sane

the process is insanely funny, only possible by an officialdom that (i) controls much freedom, and (ii) thinks highly of itself

also, should you not be able (and the burden is on you, the guilty one until proven innocent) to prove you did not rid of usa citizenship for tax reasons (i.e. move to a higher tax nation), then you can no longer even visit your usa family and friends on tourist visa

you should really get the facts before claiming unfounded this and rumored that
