Can anyone explain the market reaction and decline in share value for BGO &AZS post announcement (without sarcasm, please)? Does the activity reflect an orderely resolution of covered shorts or simply a reaction to perception of share dilution or "sell on news" mentality? Perhaps the market was hoping for a takeover and this JV eliminates that pricing factor. The ownership of these two stocks has been exasperating, to say the least. Dan Byrne
