A friend of mine just got back from a fishing trip near Galveston. He's also a former police officer and knew exactly what the limits were. All the sportsmen I have known have abided strictly to fish and wildlife regulations and anyone who doesn't faces serious fines if caught. Game wardens aren't to be trifled with. * * *
