Leon: Did you ever apply for a loan(either samll or big)? How many paper you hace to fill? How many man(woman)power you have to put in from the lender? That is why the "point" is so high. If there is a system can link your financial records/credit etc. altogether so when you apply the loan, the informations you put in can be checked and verified through internet. All these procedures can be shortened and money can be saved. People with excellent credit can get their small loan very quickly. I don't know the market of small loans. But affi definitely has this technology to do so to save banks money.
