The question now becomes is there any legal mechanism or way that Obama can be prevented from destroying our intelligence systems and work and ultimately destroying the democracy which we have built over centuries. As you said, I think not. We're stuck with him. Certainly, as long as the media is lined up behind him, there is no means of garnering popular support to stop his programs. Right now, Gallup has his approval rating at 63%, and that will continue as long as you have EVERY major media outlet other than FNC supporting his actions. I remain hopeful the so-called "Tea Party" phenomenon will expand to encompass his foreign policy agenda. And it could happen. But it is very much an uphill battle imo.
