Same thing Tune Up is trying to do....that is a subscription service to keep you computer "tuned up" by running a profile of hardware & software on your system....and searching an online knowledge base for updates, patches & fixes..which could be downloaded...and in most cases automatically installed on the users system. Tune Up & Oil Change names are just what they imply.....but instead of bringing your "auto" into a garage for service...you login and update your PC the latest hardware and software upgrades supplied by the hardware manufacturer or software vendor.....
