I disagree with his point that the release of the memos was a bad idea, but he is unafraid to call waterboarding torture and to make no apology for torture when you are doing it to the "right" person. I am not as good a person as he is because i did turn a blind eye to it for far too long. I can understand it in the months following 9/11 when we thought were going to have 9/11s every week but by 2005, come on inode.
