So its prayer you find disturbing but not religious music. Because its easy for you to mentally block out the words. And prayer is so threatening you don't want it in public at all. Hmm.

Would you allow Atheist speeches in your church?

I certainly don't favor banning atheist speeches from being delivered in public.

As for an atheist speaking in a church or other religious institution - in an appropriate format, say a debate, sure. Christopher Hitchens recently debated Wm Lane Craig at a Christian university:

Message 25554305

Thousands of people turned out to hear the debate and listened politely. Conservative broadcaster Hugh Hewitt was the moderator. Craig mopped the floor with Hitchens apparently.
